Shipping policy

Delivery is done 1-2 working days within Lagos, 2-4 working days outside Lagos and 10-14 days for Int’l shipping.

Local courier services are employed for local deliveries within and out of state, while international shipping is handled by DHL.

Delivery fees are indicated on the checkout page and are subject to change based on prevailing conditions. For Express delivery, please note we need to be contacted for the delivery cost.

All online payments are processed through Paystack, with an offering of bank transfer and card payments. We DO NOT accept payment on delivery.

Pick up in store option is available after online purchase.

In-store accepts cash or card payment and bank transfer. For payment transfer to any of our banks, payment is confirmed before sale is finalized. All payments MUST go to our business account and NOT a personal account

Transfer and or POS debit on clients account without a corresponding credit will result in no sale until payment issues have been resolved by the banks.
